Looking for pet friendly 1 or 2 bdrm Feb 1st!

Professional, non-smoking female student looking for resonable priced pet friendly place. I will graduate in May and am planning on Grad School. I have a 10 month old spayed English Setter who is very smart. She is kennel trained/bell trained and has not had any accidents inside since she was 3 months old. A good sized yard with a fence is ideal but a good yard is a must.

I will be able to afford a two bedroom by myself but do plan on getting a roomate to sign onto the lease after settled in. 

Washer/Dryer in home or on-site greatly appreciated! 

Looking for new place because current landlord not fixing things in a timely fashion. The washer that doesnt spin. The drier that eats socks and underwear up. The oven that just stopped working... etc. Also my current roomates pets and mine do not get along well as they are small dogs <10lbs and mine is bigger at 45lbs.
