A New EPDM RV Liquid Roof was applied on 6 November 2014. The manufacturer’s website states a 10-year warranty. Earlier this summer two (2) new tires and new battery were installed.

 

There is not a refrigerator installed. We have left the space open so the buyer can customize with the refrigerator of their choice or choose to use a good old-fashioned Cooler/ ice chest.

 

Sleeps four to five (4-5) people, and if you have young children, six (6) people can fit.

 

Over-cab bunk is great for bedtime stargazing.

 

4-burner stove and oven

 

24-feet – total length is much easier to maneuver than larger RVs

 

460 engine has plenty of power to tow your ATV, or boat.

 

All lights work

 

AC operates and need a new Cover /AC Shroud. These shrouds are available on eBay for about 150.00
