Description

This Deering wheat header has always been in our family and was used in old-fashioned wheat harvest demonstrations held in the Alton area.  (One of the pictures shows that.  Another picture shows it going through the 2011 Alton Summer Jubilee parade.)

Header was designed to be pushed with either horses or a tractor.  It is in good working conditon and has all the canvases - canvases have always been shedded.
