Planter is in good original condition, and mower is missing wheels, and part of the sickle is broke off.  The disc harrow is number 9827 F, and some of the discs are bent.  Silk Corn Planter & Mower  Cast aluminum 1/24 scale.  Vintage 1946/1949.  Arcade closed in 1943, and after closing, Silk purchased many of the Arcade dies & started making the same farm toys except in aluminum, not cast iron.  They  used  smaller wheels on their farm toys. Silk made new dies in the 1950s & changed to newer style farm toys. The bottom of the mower has is marked "Made in USA" and has an "E" stamped on it, and the corn planter has the Arcade No.422.   The Arcade name was ground out. Call, text, or message through the site.
