Kansas Insurance Inc., with three locations in Kansas has an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Colby Kansas office.

The Customer Service Representative duties include:

• Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of all products and compliance rules;
• Build customer relationships via providing top-notch service in counseling and advising on matters of protection and coverage;
• Use every service contact as an opportunity to conserve and or expand the business.
• Make outgoing calls to service current clients and set appointments for coverage reviews.
