Used 24" Dell LCD in perfect working order. No scratches or display issues of any kind. I haven't used the display for the past several months since upgrading to a 4K monitor. The only defect is the power button - it still works but it is a little loose in its housing. It's been like this for many years, but I never use the power button since it auto-sleeps.
