One or more of the following daily operations are required of the prospective applicants:  

• Operate a concrete mixer truck.
• Operate a semi tractor and trailer hauling aggregates and equipment. 
• Welding, and metal fabrication.
• Concrete and carpentry construction.
• Operate construction equipment, such as a loader, backhoe, skidsteer, ect.
• Diesel mechanics, maintenace of equipment fleet.
• Equipment inspection and record keeping.

What you need:

• Class A or B CDL.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to follow instructions from supervisors and customers.
• Maintain a positive environment with co-workers and customers.
• Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed.
• Consent to authorize prospective employer to perform pre-employment screening as required by law.
• Must be physically able to perform the activities for the position you are applying for.
• Education or experience with machinery, mechanics, concrete, business organization.
