Agricultural Equipment Operator

We raise corn, millet, wheat and forage plants.  We plant and harvest our own crops.  We haul hay to our ranch locations, grain from fields to our storage facilities and employer owned fields/locations in the area of Arriba, Watkins, Akron, Flagler and Seibert in Eastern Colorado.  We need equipment operators to operate tractors and various implements (planters, drills, sweeps, etc), balers, windrower, combines, loaders, and trucks.  Would require employees to operate a semi-truck and trailer, CDL not required for farm drivers but experience driving a truck required.  Regular maintenance/clean-up of the equipment.  Yard and shop maintenance/clean-up, including but not limited to trash pick-up, sweeping, weed control and grain storage maintenance and cleaning required. Require a high school diploma or GED.   Must have a regular driver's license. Must be proficient in English. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.  Job requires extensive sitting, repetitive movements, exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures.  Employer may conduct post-hire criminal background checks and post-hire drug testing as required by company policy.  Contact Jennifer at 303-489-5298 or prosperfarmsjennifer@aol.com for application.
