Organization founded in 1966; governed by Board of Directors representative of five-county service area. Board seeks leader with vision, management skills, and passion for the mission. Position has responsibilities for hiring/termination of 136 employees, $6.6 million budget, management of all services, planning, budget management, marketing, research and recommendations to Board.
