6 40 x 40 pens. (Up to 4 horses per pen.)

6 72 x 72 pens.  (Up to 9 head per pen. )

1 4 acre hotfence turnout (up to 18 per this pen at any given time)

Must have coggins, shots and regular worming.

Can use round pens and 150 x 300 arena
