Circle C Paving and Construction in Goddard is now hiring full-time CLASS A or CLASS B Asphalt Distributor Operator with Air Brakes and Tanker Endorsement.

Job Description Summary

• Ability to load and unload material through the distributor operations systems and maintenance of filter screens.
• Ability to receive and return material at the refinery using proper PPE through units operating systems. Retrieve receipts for either operations being performed.
• Ability to drive and spray oil in a straight uniform line to make a seamless longitudinal joint along curb and center lines.
• Must know how to spray a roadway to ensure uniform coverage and be aesthetically pleasing once completed.
• End of roadway/intersection tie ins and radiuses must be straight and uniform.
• Communicate with spreader operator to ensure seamless and efficient chip coverage.
• Understand how to calibrate and operate computer system inside and outside of unit.
• Maintain spray bar operation and proper nozzle orientation to ensure proper coverage.
• Must lead operation through effective communication (traffic control and spreader crew) to perform schedule formulated by supervisor.

• Education/Experience

• Driving: 1 year (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of tanker experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL with air brakes, manual transmissions, tanker and fifth wheel/pintle hitch endorsements minimum.
