Looking to take cows in on a Lease

I am looking to take in almost and breed of cattle …. Can be bred cows or pairs or open heifers to breed or open cows to breed and run on a share/of calf crop I am looking for longer term deals but if you can only do a year we can figure something out …. I will provide all the care and cover all expenses 100% plus provide the bulls and get the owner there percentage of the calf crop or market the owners share of the calf crop at weaning time, I have lots of references and people that will answer any questions you may have ?!? And I can keep your cattle separated from anyone else’s ….  And you’re welcome to come look and inspect your cattle whenever you like … I have been in business for many years and well equipped to handle cattle and can handle larger numbers preferably. I have lots equipment and lots and lots feed and the Land  ( grassland/pasture and farmland for winter stalks ) to handle the cattle feeding pens and handling facilities and livestock equipment , I do have several other people I do this for ,this isn’t my first deal please Call or text 785-345-3132 for details.
