This role is essential to patient care, ensuring medical records are accurately scanned, securely handled, and shared appropriately when needed. You’ll work closely with clinic and hospital teams, assist with release of information requests, and help keep our health information systems running smoothly.

Position Details:
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On-site position (not remote)
