Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Schedule:

·         Monday – Friday 8:00pm – 5:00pm

Requirements:

·         Active license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Kansas.

·         BLS Certification

Job Duties:

·         Carry out appropriate patient treatment under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist.

·         Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in learning and improving functional activities.

·         Keep quality, timely, and accurate documentation.

·         Work actively as part of a team of professionals to improve patient care experiences and outcomes.

·         Follow hospital policies regarding variances in patient cares, infection control and safety practices, and HIPAA/confidentiality.
