Colby Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Human Resources Director. The 12-month position begins as soon as possible. The candidate should establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, administrators, and faculty. In addition to daily human resources objectives, the successful candidate will onboard employees, assist with benefit selection, help with workers’ compensation insurance, health insurance, and other pertinent insurance and compliance-related activities. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that institutional policies and practices are followed.

SALARY
Base salary of $55,000-$72,500.
Flexible benefits program that includes options for single and family health and dental coverage, life insurance, reimbursement accounts, sick and vacation leave allowances, along with 21 days of holiday pay. Participation in the state retirement program is required.
