We are seeking a full-time Emergency Room Supervisor to lead and serve in our Emergency Department. This is more than a role - it’s an opportunity to join a team where compassion and professionalism meet purpose.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional nursing care for patients of all ages in emergency situations.
• Direct and support ER staff with scheduling, evaluations, and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to ensure patient needs are met.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and current Registered Nurse license within the state of Kansas or application for licensure with a work permit.
• Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Proven leadership skills with a calm, clear presence in critical situations.
