Sand Creek Concrete in Hoxie, KS is looking for an employee(s) to join our team! Applicants seeking full-time or part-time employment are encouraged to apply.

Sand Creek Concrete is a redi-mix concrete production facility, delivering quality concrete throughout Sheridan County and beyond. Employees can expect a fun, relaxed work environment with periods of busy work.

For full-time employees, 40 hours are guaranteed. A typical work week would be 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday depending on the time of year. Closed most Saturdays and holidays.

All applicants must pass FMCSA regulated drug screening and be legal to work in the United States. Employees must have or acquire a minimum of a Class B CDL by March 1st, 2026. Class A CDL a benefit for full-time applicants. We are willing to help the right applicant obtain their license.

Starting pay between $20 -$25 per hour, depending on experience and abilities. Already having a CDL and mechanic experience a plus.

General duties would include delivering concrete, operating the batch plant, operating a wheel loader, and general maintenance. Being able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders regularly is a requirement. Expectations of employees are to be dependable, honest, have a good work ethic, self-starter, and the ability to work early mornings when required.
