The Admissions Clerk serves as the first point of contact for patients entering the hospital and is responsible for accurately registering patients for inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, emergency, and clinic services. This role ensures positive patient experience by greeting patients with professionalism, positivity, and compassion while verifying insurance, obtaining necessary consents, and collecting patient information to support hospital operations and billing.
