Selling a vintage oak cabinet base. This is a true "barn find" project piece that needs some love, but it has great bones and authentic character. The Good: Original Hardware: Retains the original antique dark metal pulls and latches (these alone sell for $10–$20 each online). Solid Frame: The main structure is oak/oak veneer and is sturdy. Metal Bread Drawer: Includes the original tin-lined drawer. It has a great rustic look. The Condition (Please Read): Project Piece: This item needs restoration. Top: The wood countertop is warped and will need to be planed down, clamped, or replaced (would look great topped with a new piece of butcher block). Wheels: Two of the caster wheels are missing/broken, so it sits unevenly right now. Drawer: The metal bread drawer has rust holes in the bottom corners (see photos). It won't hold flour anymore, but it works great for storing larger items or as a rustic planter. Potential Uses: This would make an incredible bathroom vanity conversion, a small kitchen island, or a coffee station once restored.
