Ellis County is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators in our Solid Waste/Landfill division.  This position offers a variety of heavy equipment operation with a unique full-time schedule and amazing benefits package.  Pay starts at $19.68/hour (dependent upon qualifications and work experience) with the opportunity for pay advancement at 6 months.

No CDL yet? We can help.
If you are eligible to obtain a CDL, we provide on-the-job training while you work full-time with benefits as an Equipment Operator ($17.78/hour).

Schedule: 40 hours per week on a two-week rotation schedule is as follows:  Week #1:  Monday-Thursday (8a-5p) + Friday (8a-12p); Week #2:  Tuesday-Thursday (8a-4p), Friday (8a-5p), and Saturday (9a-4p).
