CDL Driver Available for Feed Elevator Sitting (4AM-9AM) – Hastings Area only. Local Haul only.

Description: Need an extra hand to pick up feed from AGP, Inland, or Chief? If you have the rig and trailer but need a reliable driver to handle the early morning wait times, I’m available.

I specialize in "shagging" single loads in the morning so your feed is at the bunks by the time you need it, allowing you to stay focused on the farm.

AVAILABILITY: * Monday – Friday: 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

• Perfect for early-bird pickups and morning rotations.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• CLIMATE CONTROL: Rig MUST have a fully functioning A/C, Heater, and Defroster. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• COMPLIANCE: Equipment must be DOT-compliant with current registration and insurance in the cab.

ABOUT ME:

• Experience: 8 years Class A CDL experience with a clean driving record.

• Skills: Proficient with Manual transmissions. (Note: No doubles or liquid tankers).

• Credentials: Current MedCard.

• Local Knowledge: Fully familiar with Inland, AGP, and Chief loading/scale procedures.

• Location: Based in Hastings; serving Juniata, Glenvil, Fairfield, and surrounding areas.

TERMS & COSTS:

• Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour for sitting and transport.

• No Unloading: My service is for driving/sitting only. Owner or farm crew is responsible for the physical unloading of the commodity at the destination.

• Show-Up Fee: A $75.00 flat fee applies to all site visits.

• Work Credit: This $75.00 is credited toward your first 2 hours of hauling if the equipment is in safe, working order (including A/C).

• Pre-Trip: I perform a standard DOT pre-trip inspection on all equipment before operation. I reserve the right to refuse equipment that poses a safety risk.

• Equipment Violations: Owner is responsible for all fines, citations, and tow fees related to equipment failure, registration, or weight violations.
