What You’ll Do

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls
• Dispatch law, fire, and EMS
• Keep communication clear and accurate in high-pressure moments

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Meet Kanas Criminal Justice Information System's (KCJIS) access requirements

This position primarily works 12 hour shifts.  Shifts are 6-6 and rotate from AM to PM every 4 months.  This position is full-time benefits eligible & over-time eligible. The selected candidate must live within 45 miles of the Emergency Communications Center.
