2019 Jayco Precept 33U Class A Motorhome
Only 8,400 miles
36'3" long with two slides, two AC units, Ford 6.8L Triton V10 engine

This is an extremely well-kept, and incredibly low-mileage motorhome.

It has only 8,000 miles and was kept inside its entire life other than the few times it was on the road.

Clean title with no hail or accidents, new front tires, 4 year extended warranty, etc.
I will take some more detailed and better interior photos of it later this week.

However, the exterior is in basically new condition because it was stored inside.

Our family just purchased the best available extended warranty—four years or 40,000 miles—for around $4,500.
We did not include it in the $68,000 price because we can get a prorated refund for it since we never used it for the last few months.

However, the new owner can also purchase it from us at a discount if they want.
Our family purchased this Jayco Precept from a friend recently.

However, we just decided to sell our family farm and because some family members now have medical issues.

Therefore, we are selling it now.

Since we are selling the farm, I also listed my own personal motorhome for sale.

I had it at the farm for the past year and it's very similar to this Jayco Precept.

It is just 3 years older, 9 feet shorter, and it is a Jayco Alante, not a Precept.
I am selling my 2016 Jayco Alante, which is 27'4" long, has two slides and 39k miles, for $38,000.

This 2019 Jayco Precept is similar to my 2016 Alante because of the huge living room slide and open space in the middle.

Therefore, you have plenty of room to operate comfortably without extending the slides.
There is plenty of space to use the kitchen, fridge, shower, bathroom, bedroom, etc.

The bedroom also works fine without extending the slide.
However, you just can't use the bottom two rows of bedroom dresser drawers.
And of course, you cannot walk on the floor through the end of the bed to the other side.

Why my family and I personally prefer a Class A over a Class C even though Class A RVs cost slightly more.

We love the Class A over a Class C because of the large front window and a few other features.

The Class A provides a huge awesome panoramic view compared to a Class C.

Driving feels safer because you have better visibility and sit higher, allowing you to see more of the road ahead.

Sitting higher and closer to the front allows for a better "commanding" view of traffic, which helps with navigation and safety.

The overhead bunk area in these Class A RVs is positioned much higher than in a Class C.

This allows you much better headroom while sitting in the captain's chairs and more living room space when you turn the seats around.

Also, driving a Class A is safer due to its heavier chassis, large front windshield, and higher seating position.

Also, you have more storage below because a Class A is taller than a Class C allowing for the storage below to be much larger.

We are selling this 2019 Jayco Precept for $68,000, since that is our bottom dollar price.

We are pricing it at our bottom dollar ahead of time, especially since we would usually get asked that anyway ;)

Also, we feel this is an excellent price because of its:
Incredibly low mileage and excellent condition.
Most other low-mileage 2018 and 2019 Jayco Precepts are selling for over $80,000 as you probably know anyway.

I had our family purchase the best extended warranty on the market for this 2019 Jayco Precept like I have on my 2016 Jayco Alante.
Why do I believe a warranty on a motorhome is crucial or at least very wise? ;)

RV repair facilities typically charge more per hour than auto mechanics.

For example, the Jayco dealer in Great Bend, KS, charged $190/hour, and Camping World in KC charges $200/hour.

Since this is a motorhome with the engine, transmission, and RV all integrated, this is a no-brainer to me.

However, if someone doesn't want the extended warranty, that's perfectly fine with me.

I hope all the details help explain my motorhome to you.

Again, please do not message me with any questions.

Rather, please just call me anytime on my cell listed above.

Thank you!
