Rose is a very sweet, in your pocket horse. She is very easy to catch and knows her name. She'll come when called. She leads, loads, ties, is easy for the farrier, easy to saddle. She does not like to be fly sprayed. She will stay in an electric fence if it's hot. She WILL neck rein! Sound. Rose is 3/4's Quarter Horse and 1/4 Freisian. She is 14.2 Hands and STOUT. She's a wide girl (she's on the left in the picture of 2 horses).

Rose had 3 months professional training with a reining horse trainer when she was 3 years old. She had another 3 months professional training with a local trainer as a 5 year old to expand her knowledge. She has been ridden in indoor and outdoor arenas, has been ridden primarily western, though the local trainer did start her in English and did take her over a few low jumps. She has been ridden here around our farm, down the road, and has been on the trails at Milford Lake and Rock Creek Station. 

We have owned Rose her entire life. The only reason she is for sale is I tend to grab her Mom when I ride (she's my heart horse).  Rose is a great horse that just needs someone that will ride her more often than what she's getting here. We have had intermediate and up riders on her. I wouldn't put someone on her unless they know how to ride until Rose has more miles on her. She does have the potential to be a kids horse in the future, she just needs the miles put on her first.

I will be scheduling her with the vet to get her coggins soon and will also have the farrier out soon (she is on a regular schedule, she's just ready to be done again). PPE's welcome at buyers expense.
