The Taurus PT-38S is a compact, limited-production pistol chambered in .38 Super, built on a Beretta-style open-top slide and a lightweight alloy frame. Offered only from the early- to mid-2000s, it is one of the few factory DA/SA handguns in this caliber to include an accessory rail. Two-tone cosmetics, a three-position safety/decocker, and single-stack 10-round magazines. The gun is an up and coming collectible one just sold at lock stock and barrel for $2100. Limited production were made and even less surviving examples in the country.
