Excellent condition!! Beautiful set for a home. Cream colored, no stains, no tears, smoke free home. I'd love to keep it but no space for it. My loss, your gain.  Couch is 7 ft. and loveseat is 5 1/2 ft.  Asking $500 for set or may consider resonable offer.
