Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

 
Responsibilities include:  

Reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports  
Assisting guests with check-in/out during overnight hours  
Monitoring security and safety protocols  
Handling guest inquiries and providing exceptional service  
Ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk overnight

Qualifications:  

Prior experience in hospitality or accounting preferred, but not necessary  
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  
Excellent communication and customer service abilities  
Ability to work independently during night hours  
Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
