I need to find a new home for a male Papillon Pup. He's not been very well socialized but LOVES to meet new dogs. He's very vocal and that's part of why my friend has to re-home him unfortunately. He will start barking as soon as he hears something outside or someone coming. She's not able to give him proper training or one on one time after just having a baby and the barking is disruptive to baby and their housing situation. He is potty and kennel trained and he's a very sweet little guy and would do much better with a calmer atmosphere maybe but he does love having someone or something to play with.
