Very good / excellent visual condition with exception of very dusty inside, needs a new floor (vinyl/linoleum) glued down in kitchen, carpeting is in good shape throughout.  There is a small puncture in exterior skin of door (see picture), and some missing gable trim on one end.    Full condition not known, buyer is encouraged to do their own inspection.

This manufacturered home is currently blocked on a flat bed extension trailer.  It does not include axles/wheels and the front I beam/bumper hitch has been removed.   Work would have to be done to convert this to be pulled like a traditional trailer home.   As rigged it could be transported on the flat bed and crane lifted at your site.      

Condition of HVAC and plumbing and electrical is unknown.
