We are looking for an individual to handle the repair of the systems and components of Class 8 semi trucks. Job duties include but not limited to: minor mechanical repairs, tire changes, brakes, chrome installation, wheel polishing. Willing to train the right person for all of these tasks.

Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Requirements:

• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Time management
• General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, and instruments used to perform repairs
• Individual must be able to read and comprehend specifications, service and parts literature, and other diagnostics to perform repairs
• Must maintain an organized work area and clean up after yourself throughout the workday

Work Environment: This is a hands-on position working on semi-trucks and trailers. Trucks & trailers come into the shop greasy, dirty, and covered in road grime—and you will get greasy and dirty while working on them. This is part of the job. If you are not comfortable getting dirty, greasy, and working in a real shop environment, this position is not a good fit for you.
