This was a very heavy duty commercially built office/trailer home for an oil and exploration company.  

It is mounted on a very heavy duty (and heavy !) roll off skid.

There is an unrepaired small hole in roof.  Water has been coming in for a while, causing extensive damage to drop ceiling, floor beneath, cabinetry.    Will require substantial demo/reno work on the inside.   

Vandals also cut the wiring out of the exterior mounted breaker panel.   (Inside wiring condition is unknown but it doesn't appear the vandals got inside the trailer and cut or damaged any of the interior wiring.      

A new breaker panel likely can be installed on the interior wall with the existing romex ends that were left on the outside.

Sold as is.   Plumbing and HVAC condition unknown.

Buyers must conduct their own inspection and do their own diligence.  No warranties provided.
