This City carrier Assistant position starts at $21.21 an hour and comes with a health benifit. After two years of service it becomes a  Career Part Time Flexible (PTF)  position and  the pay raises to $26.53 an hour with cost living raises. As a career employee, each year of service you are also given a step increases in pay.
