Heartland Building Center of Hays is accepting applications for full-time Paint/Hardware Customer Service. As a Retail Sales Associate – Paint & Hardware Department, you will provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with paint, hardware, and home improvement products. You will help customers find the right products, answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure the department is stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers.
