If not, possession of wheat ground will occur after 2021 harvest.  If Buyer chooses to buy out wheat crop, Buyer must contact Gary Pahls at Fouts Agency after the closing and change crop insurance to their name and pay full premium at that time which is approximately $218. Buyer will pay Seller for full wheat crop buyout in a separate check at closing if they choose to buyout wheat.
