This person supports patient financial assistance programs and coordinates community resources for patients of Sheridan County Health Complex and Hoxie Medical Clinic. This includes, but is not limited to, helping SCHC/HMC patients understand and complete Financial Assistance applications, Slide Fee scale applications, 340B Cash Card Program, LTC residents' drug plan selections, State Farm Workers program, Lifelines, Marketplace Insurance Options and Medicaid Presumptive Eligibility.
