Sheridan County Health Complex is currently accepting applications for a full-time Director of Human Resources.  

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for the delivery of all HR functions within Sheridan County Health Complex.  This position will provide leadership, direction, coordination, and administration to the HR staff and be responsible for guiding and implementing practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.

Education and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or similar work experience required.

5+ years of experience of progressively responsible human resource roles preferred.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, payroll, compensation, and benefits management.

Prior management and healthcare experience preferred.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
