Gove County Medical Center, a critical access hospital in rural Northwest Kansas is seeking a Human Resource (HR) Manager to serve as an integral member of our team.  This position will be responsible for the delivery of all HR functions within the hospital. This position will provide leadership, direction, coordination and administration to the HR staff and be responsible for guiding and implementing HR strategies which align with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

To be a qualified candidate for this position, you will need the following:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration                    required; Master’s degree preferred.

·         At least three (3) years of progressively responsible HR-relevant experience.

·         Prior management and healthcare experience preferred.

·         Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, payroll,                            compensation and benefits management.
