Dreiling Field Service, LLC is currently seeking an Automotive/Heavy Duty Service Manager to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

·         Assist with hiring, training, developing & motivating the service department & staff

·         Monitoring technician’s performance

·         Forecast goals & objectives for the department & ensure they are met

·         Assist technicians in diagnosing and repairing light/heavy duty units

·         Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance

·    Responsible for scheduling mechanic/technicians’ work, assist in parts ordering,   ensure quality & timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations, safety of personnel & housekeeping of shop

·         Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments

Qualifications:

·         2+ years in automotive/heavy duty mechanical repairs

·         Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment

·         Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

·         Deadline and detail-oriented

·         Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

·         Ability to work well in process driven environment

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Professional appearance & work ethic
