Looking for a Part-Time Apartment Manager 

• Maintains property curb appeal 
• Marketing, showing apartments, and filling vacancies
• Processing applications and certifications for residents
• Monthly rent collection and responding to reports
• Resolving tenant issues and addressing maintenance repairs
• Oversees or completes make-ready units 
• Contracting and overseeing landscaping and snow removal services

Must be honest and customer service-oriented. The candidate will have organization, attention to detail, and multitask efficiently.
