Osborne County Memorial Hospital is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join Goad Medical Clinic as a registration clerk. In this position, the clerk will gather and verify patient information, including insurance, identification and other demographic details, ensure accurate paperwork is completed, input information into patients’ electronic records, apply patient payments correctly and perform other duties as needed. This role will occasionally support the prior authorization request process by making phone calls, submitting information online and following up on denials.
