FULL-TIME CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST - PHILLIPSBURG, KS

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and takes pride in following through on responsibilities with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

This position combines customer service, retail support, prescription delivery, and opportunities for future growth within the pharmacy team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Relations Specialist supports the daily operations of the store while providing excellent service to patients and customers. This role helps create a positive customer experience and supports the mission, vision, and values of Midwest Family Health.

Reports To: Store Manager

Preferred Experience

• Customer service experience
• Retail sales experience
• Pharmacy experience preferred, but not required

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable vehicle for occasional deliveries (company vehicle typically used)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Retail Support

• Assist customers with merchandise selection and purchases
• Operate the point-of-sale system and cash register
• Answer phone calls and assist customers professionally
• Receive, stock, organize, and face merchandise
• Assist with store marketing and promotional activities
• Perform prescription deliveries within city limits
• Help maintain a clean, organized store environment

Pharmacy Growth Opportunities

This position may offer a future career track into Pharmacy Technician responsibilities, including:

• Assisting with prescription preparation
• Entering information into pharmacy software
• Processing insurance claims
• Managing inventory and medication stock
• Assisting with medication synchronization and MTM activities
• Supporting nursing home medication preparation
• Helping maintain pharmacy organization and workflow

Training will be provided for motivated candidates interested in growing within the pharmacy field.
