InReach Rehab is seeking a dependable and motivated Front Office Coordinator / Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation team at Decatur Health. This dual‑role position is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a busy clinic, assisting therapists, and helping create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Coordination

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and warmly

• Manage patient scheduling and coordinate therapist calendars

• Assist with check‑in, check‑out, and insurance verification

• Maintain accurate patient records and follow HIPAA guidelines

• Support daily clinic operations, including supplies, documentation, and communication

Rehab Aide Duties

• Prepare treatment areas and organize therapy equipment

• Assist therapists with patient care activities as appropriate

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of therapy spaces

• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to support efficient daily operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in healthcare administration, office coordination, customer service, or therapy support preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive)

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to teamwork

• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy or stressful situations
