Can be mixed into baked goods and cooking -- it's used for vegans either. Mixes well I to liquids to little to no clumping. Very little tastes so blends well. You'll have to look up the nutrition label; P870 / 870 PURIS Protein. I believe it's 3 tablespoon for 28 g of protein.
